There will be several cable outlets on telecom encloruse,so tooling are always made with multi-sliders.
The outlets surface always require fine roughness and flatness.Face milling will be applied in order to guarantee the precision of these areas.During powder coating process,these areas need to be covered off in order to excess powder dropped onto it.Some die caster might do CNC machining after powder coating.But there is potential risks that the powder coating scratched by jigs of CNC in this way.
Some telecom enclosures need put glass screen.It is very dedicated jobs which require skillful workers to do.The glue used has to be high quality as well.We have customized assembly line and can provide assembly service to all customers.
The boss inside enclosure need to be made via tooling directly.Some bosses are really small so the operation of die casting tooling has to be carefully,otherwise the small boss will deform or broken.
Most of telecom enclosure request powder coating.The powder has to be resist salt fog spray test for 100-200hrs at least since almost all of telecom enclosure are used in outdoor.
Most of important issue for telecom enclosure is airtightness.Proper layout of overflows and sprues can eliminate porosity mostly,which can improve airtightness of enclosure.We have airtightness test machine and will test each parts before delivery.All leaking parts will do for impregnation.
